How does my dog join the pack?
Call or email us for a free meet and greet. We come to your home to meet you and your pup.
Am I required to reserve a certain number of hikes per week?
Nope! You can schedule any service when you need it. There’s no minimum requirement. The more your pup joins the pack the more comfortable they’ll be with their friends and the Paw Play Date routine.
I have a puppy, Can they join the pack?
Yes, All dogs 16 weeks of age and older can join the pack but must be spayed or neutered by 7 months.
Do you require proof of vaccination?
Yes, all dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations which include: DHLPP or DAPP ( distemper and Parvo), Bordetella and Rabies.
What times do the packs go out?
We offer three times blocks to choose from:
9 am - Noon: 1 hour hike ( half day)
Noon - 3 pm: 1 hour hike ( half day)
9 am - 3 pm: 2 hour hike ( full day)
**Saturday’s & Sunday’s 11 am - 1 pm: 1 hour hike option only
** Each time block allows for pick up, hiking, and drop off.

What’s the Daily Feedback Report?
We send a Daily Feedback Report to your email filled with pictures of your dog in action and a short synopses of their day. You’ll see how much fun they had while you were away!
Transportation to and from the trail head.
All Paw Play Date vehicles are equipped with safety seat beat harnesses to ensure a safe and fun car ride.
Will my pup get a Paw Play Date bandana?
During each adventure your pup will be fitted with a Paw Play Date bandana. It’s an extra safety measure while out on the trail or in the pack, plus they look super cute. The option to purchase more bandanas is available.
How do I pay my invoice?
Billing occurs on the 1st and 16th of every month via email.

Yes! We’re insured by Business Insurers of the Carolinas through Pet Sitters International.
